The heart of today's computers is the operating system. This is a complicated set of instructions that requires fine-tuning

by experienced personnel. If the system is not set up properly the operator will find the performance unsatisfactory. In many

cases this is not the fault of the computer or the software but rather the improper set up of the machine and the operating

system. Future operating systems are proving to be even more of a challenge to the in-experienced service tech. Our

professionals have over 15 years experience each, in working with computers and operating systems.

Software

The software division is Advanced Systems Software. This division was established to give our customers an additional

level of support. Specialized software written to solve those annoying little problems was the initial goal. The product has

evolved into a full-blown package system that provides support to one of the industry's largest medical software providers.

Our scheduling program Visual Scheduler is widely acclaimed as" An improvement well worth the money". Custom

written problem solving software is another of our specialized services.

Speed Measuring Devices

The Radar division was established in 1985 as a support service for a local Sheriff's Department. It has since grown in

multitudes. We provided the sole support for repairs and certification for Radar Devices for the State of Florida- Highway

Patrol (DHSMV) from 1995 to 2003. To date we have serviced over 200,000 radar units in our facility.

Our Technicians are all Factory Trained and certified on the equipment. All testing is done with Lab Quality Test Equipment

that has been calibrated to NIST Standards. The testing room is environmentally controlled to remain at a constant
temperature and humidity for stability of the test equipment.

CURRENTLY NO TESTING IS DONE OUTSIDE THE LAB DUE TO THE EXTREMES OF THE WEATHER AND THE
EVER CHANGING TEMPERATURES. THESE CHANGES AND THE SHOCKS FROM CONSTANT TRANSPORTATION
CAN GREATLY AFFECT THE ACCURACY OF THE SENSITIVE TEST EQUIPMENT.

Laser (LIDAR)

Lasers have become a favorite tool for speed measuring with Police Departments. Their accuracy and ability to pinpoint

the speeding vehicle makes it indispensable. The narrow width of the laser beam (3' @ 1000') and the Heads up Display

make this device extremely accurate and provides positive target identification. Our Laser Lab is utilizes the latest scientific

equipment to test and certify Laser units. Cost effective and timely turn-around is our goal when certifying Lasers.

We re-certify and repair Radars from all manufacturers and certify both Radar and Lasers. Each unit is tested in accordance

with the Manufacturer's specifications. Florida units are also tested to meet Florida Rule 15-B FAC. All units that pass our rigid inspection and testing process are issued a Certificate of Certification.

Established in 1976 as a small electronics repair shop the company has grown

into a much larger facility supporting several separate areas such as Computers,

Custom Software, Speed Measuring Devices, and Speedometers.

Computers

Our Computer Division provides services from the single user to the multi-location

wide area network system. Complete system analysis and consultation services are

part of our Site Analysis along with a prepared report of recommendations. We also

have a full maintenance program that is offered to qualified customers. The fully

equipped in-house service facility backs up our on-site service. Emergency repairs

can be provided on nights and weekends for mission critical systems that have failed.
